Preschool Program Information
The Preschool offers an early learning program running from September to June and is designed for children ages 2 ½ to 5.
The curriculum allows children to learn through play-based activities.
Ratios of one teacher to eight children offer opportunities for more one-on-one teacher to child interactions.
Small group learning for Junior and Senior Kindergarten will be incorporated throughout the day to develop their skills in emergent reading and numeracy.
Preschool teachers report to parents regarding their child’s development using a variety of documentation methods

“We are extremely pleased with GLCP. Our son thoroughly enjoys school, often being the first to arrive because he is so excited about school. I pray this enthusiasm and foundation the teachers have established will carry him through a long and successful academic career.”

“Thank-you for all you do to make this preschool a wonderful place. The teachers are fabulous and truly make all the difference. We put our son in preschool so he could learn/experience structured learning, listening to his teachers, self-awareness, and proper social interaction with peers. We feel he has made huge strides and is ready for JK.”
